  • Kernel versions 2.4 and greater tested

Software verified with Mainpine RockForce boards

The Mainpine RockForce boards make use of standard serial drivers, and support standard interfaces. Therefore a huge range of software exists that will work with these products without any changes. If an application supports one of the following, then it is likely to function correctly:

  • Generic Unimodem
  • TAPI Telephony API
  • Class 1.x or Class 2.x fax interface

However, we aim to provide you with good support for the products that you use, to provide you with certainty that your complete solution will operate reliably. To this end, we regularly undergo functional and long-term soak testing with applications that our customers use. Below is some information on some of the fax-related packages that we support and test with.

RelayFax from Alt-N Technologies provides full faxing capabilities to network users. Works directly with most email applications to allow users to send outgoing faxes and receive incoming faxes without leaving their workstations. Convert incoming faxes to various image formats such as TIFF, JPEG and BMP.
